damn i had a pretty f*ed up day.
i wonder why?

joined a dance club event. which seriously sucked. if u can even call it an event...
dunno wad to say.
feels like an extreme let-down to me.

[the why? checklist]
no more than 50 audience____checked
no more than 3 performances (WOW, ryt?)____checked
practically no rehearsal (since we're the only performers)____checked
no opening ceremony____checked
where's the VIP? (when there's supposed to be one)____checked
no proper stage (as usual)____checked
LOUSY technician (really)____checked
alot of details were omitted (from my point of view, this is a huge mistake)____checked
n btw the audience waited like an hour before the 'event' started____checked also
totally OWNED!!!

damn dulan with the technician.
only max 2 songs to be played during the whole show.
CANT HE EVEN LISTEN TO THEM FIRST?
my solo was stopped..cut..denied.... [whichever word is more suitable]

breakbeats...wasnt him provided with those?
i dunno how serious do ppl take my comments, but i did told somebody to prepare breakbeats or some dance tracks for the battle.
gosh.
end up using tracks from Ultimaxx.
if he thinks tt playin some special effects while ppl are talkin is cool...shaddap.
deal with the basics man.

tho i did say we extremely lack performers.

1. we're making lousy impression for Ultimaxx
2. we're making ourselves look like clowns in front of everyone
n why are we getting them to perform for us at the first place??
3. wad good excuse can u give when u didnt do yer job getting enuf performers, endin up paying for external performers??

i would cancel the whole show instead. :)

choreography tt can be done months ago.
practices tt shud've started months ago.
moves tt shud be drilled.
music tt can be properly remixed.


as for the crew, since its the first tym for them performing, i hope they've gained some experience from there. even if its rough.
no worries. experience is cumulative. more will be gain down the road as long as yer stil on the right track. have faith. have passion.


PS: getting a lil emo here, after watchin some items from my previous instructor in sg...check it out. maybe u'll understand my feelings better. haha

was it like this? no it never was..
since the days of K-TANK aka RBC, seldom have i been fully prepared to perform.
yet im the most prepared among them all.
wad de hell.
basic essential things tt i practiced baq then are ignored here.
